You will also attend a series of training courses covering a range of subjects from Customer Care and Food Hygiene to Job Performance Standards. In addition, you’ll be working towards a Vocational Qualification.
Successfully complete your apprenticeship, and you’ll become a Trainee Assistant Manager. From then on, a structured training and development plan will underpin your further rapid career progression.
To join the programme, you must be educated to GNVQ level (or equivalent) with ideally a qualification in Hospitality or Travel and Tourism. Of course, you will also need to be genuinely enthusiastic about building your career in the hotel business. The flexibility to move to various locations throughout Britain is essential too.
