You’ll also aim to support the General Manager in achieving the hotel’s profit targets, ensuring that all statutory and legal requirements are complied with, maintaining standards, and helping with the recruitment, training and appraisal of hotel staff.
At the same time, you’ll be required to attend a series of training courses designed to develop your technical and professional hotel management skills as your on-the-job experience grows. All of which will give you the best possible start to your management career in the fast-growing hospitality sector!
Applicants for this role may hold a qualification in Hospitality or Hotels & Catering, but must have experience at a supervisory level, preferably within the industry, ideally in a similar type of business.
